- Refund Policy - Business customers:
- We accept returns for non made-to order goods within 7 days of business customers receiving them. Upon Lewis Equipment receiving the goods back in good condition, Lewis Equipment will credit the business customer for the full sum of the original goods invoice not including shipping costs. A handling fee of 10% of the original goods value will also be charged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the business customer. All made to order goods such as loaders, backhoes and any product specifically painted to suit a customers demand, will have no right of return or refund. The management retain the right to use their discretion in any refund policy case.
- Refund Policy - Private customers:
- We accept returns for non made-to order goods within 7 days of private customers receiving them. Upon Lewis Equipment receiving the goods back in good condition, Lewis Equipment will credit the private customer and in most cases return payment for the full sum of the original invoice including any mainland UK shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the private customer. All made to order goods such as loaders, backhoes and any product specifically painted to suit a customers demand, will have no right of return or refund. The management retain the right to use their discretion in any refund policy case.
